I used American Best 2yrs ago and they were perfect. On time, professional, moved my things with care. This time around, horrid! I probably re-iterated atleast a half dozen times to the girl on the phone, Karla I think, that I wanted them there at 7am. They showed up at 8:30am. By the time I could get someone on the phone...around 7:45am...the guy was rude, told me the paper work said 8am and that there's nothing he could do. The guys were nice enough that actually moved me. They finished in fairly good time and treated things with care. However, the truck broke down in front of my building. The company didn't even send another truck. I had to use my AAA membership to get their truck going. They didn't even take off their fuel fee. Then tried to charge me for an hour of travel time when it took 30mins to get from the old place to the new place.
