Olivia Nicole Thomas is an open racist and should be terminated. Her views, while constitutionally protected, are still disgusting and even if it is protected by the states. These views should be snuffed out before children get poisoned by them and her actions should be punished with immediate termination. Plus, subway would not endorse racism, a huge company like that? that's a no no.
Please Google her name and add racist and tumblr at the end of it, you will be shocked
