Review content:
Rampart Properties, and any other Associa Member company are a complete joke. In all my years of condo and hoa living and being on numerous boards of directors and using numerous management firms, they take the cake as far as bad companies go. Rude doesn't begin to describe my experience with the staff, the managers (there were several that came and went at our community) and the executive staff, especially Marlene Shaw and Bill Osburn. They admitted their malfeasance and their neglect of our property and verbally told the Board they would bow out gracefully....then they hit us with a lawsuit trying to sue for unperformed services. I would rather let the state put us in recievership then ever use them again.
