It started in may of 2007 till now 2009 rampart properites has to be the worst accounting i ever seen .when they submitted our [so called] delinquincy to their attorney office For nopayment to homeowners association I.n.c. when the fact is we have send Rampart properties all the checks that were pay to them,the ones in question,and to their attorney office4, times durning the last past. year with fees on top FEES AND MORE ----FEES--WE must have call them a least 30 times with along with sending the cancel checks in every case they say we will get back with you within three days to clear this off the books. They never did.At this time we are taken legal action against rampart properties for all the STRESS that has been cause throught there inapt employees.This company couldn't manage a ROCH MOTEL.
