I am truly SATISFIED with Tim Grissom at the Wake Forest, NC location. My dad and I purchased a 2006 Dodge Caravan Friday, August 24, 2012 and had to bring it back for servicing. Tim made sure that I was completely satisfied as well as made sure that I had transportation while my van was in the Dodge shop. Tim went well beyond the means of a sales representative to make sure that the van was fixed as well as my dad and I were happy with the servicing of the van. Tim also explained everything in detail that warranty covered on the van as well as what was not covered on the van. I will be referring customers to Tim at the Wake Forest, NC location. THANK YOU TIM FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR MY FIRST TIME BUYING A VEHICLE.
