I ordered some minis and in a reasonable amount of time they informed me that the items were not in stock. I requested that they cancel the order and promptly received an e-mail that the order had been cancelled. But after 5 days I still had not received a refund. I repeatedly attempted to contact them about the refund, but I could no longer get a response from them. Luckily I used PayPal, so I initiated a dispute, which PayPal immediately upgraded to a claim because they could not get a response from the seller (Treasure Island Sports, Inc.). I am now waiting for PayPal to resolve the issue.
NEVER under any circumstances buy from this store! No one who conducts business this way should remain in business...unless it is selling cigarettes out of a prison cell. Failure to refund the money is THEFT, plain and simple.
