I had my 2004 F-150 repaired at this shop it came recommended by people around town but after reading the reviews on this site I was a little hesitant and having done body work of about 12 years in Florida i knew what could have happened...My truck had over 40 hours repair time on it and I was told it would take about two weeks. In the middle of the first week I was contacted by the estimator and he told me they found more damage and had to wait for the insurance company to come look at the damages. I was then told it may take another week or so to finish repairs. The total repair took about 4 weeks, I went on a friday to pick up my truck I was greeted by the receptionist ( who is rude ) anyway they brought my truck to me all cleaned up and went over every repair with me...I found a spot on the fender they took it back around and fixed it with out any problem. This shop did top notch work I am very happy with it !
I did read through the other review and their must be something wrong with them because i didn't experience any of that and after looking at the place you can tell that the owners have alot of money and time invested in the company. I will definitely use them and recommend them...( after being in the business i have learned that people come into these places pissed off at the world and you can never make a person like that happy !!! )
