CONTINUED....I came back with exact change (clearly she wasn?t getting a tip). I asked about the price on the sign, assuming that maybe I got a special relaxer or something that was proceed differently. She responded by saying ?that?s just my special. No one else has that price. When you called, you didn?t say that you had seen the sign.? I then asked, so I have to say the word ?sign? in order for you to honor your prices? Your sign does not specify any special, nor does it say that you have to ask for Melinda (even though I did, and she WAS the one who did my hair). As she tried to argue the mute point, I decided to just hand her the $45 and her card and move on. Obviously that was the ONLY way she would ever receive any kind of tip from anyone. I assured her that I would spread the word so that there would be no more confusion in the future (as the sign is still there), so here I go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SALON!!! Spend your money where you will be safe and appreciated. Oh yeah, if you were wondering about the quality of work, when I unwrapped my hair, it was a wet AFRO (even after getting a perm). SO what does that tell you?
