I have been the captain of a 74' Viking for 6 years now. Back in July on a late Saturday afternoon we were running north off the coast of Port Canaveral and hit something offshore. I contacted Scorpions Marina that was referred to me by another captain in South Florida. The staff was preparing to close for the day. After telling them of our situation they stayed after hours and waited for us to arrive to get us out of the water. Once we were on the hard it was very clear that the port shaft and prop were severely damaged. Erik gave me an estimate for all repairs. These repairs were done in a timely manner and the price was right on to the estimate and best of all at half the price of Ft Lauderdale! My crew and I felt very welcome and enjoyed everyone at this marina. I have been to numerous marinas over the years and Scorpion's has one of the best facilities and staff I have seen! I surely recommend this marina!
