Review content:
A group of us walk to California Roll-Sushi for lunch since it is near our offices. Over a course of several months, we have experienced terrible service. Every time we place an order to go, it is never ready when we pick it up. The waitresses cannot seem to get it right even though our order is always the same. We also found a DEAD FLY in one of the bento boxes. Furthermore, they nickel and dime you for rooster sauce ? who charges for rooster sauce? We were never charged this before whether we dined in or ordered to go. There is no consistency as to what they do and do not charge for. In addition, they enforced two different credit card minimums on us ? $5 and $8. Which one is it?
Pros: The location is near out offices.
Cons: Worst service for returning customer.
