The company is seriously lacking customer service. No on ever answers there phone, you are always talking to a voicemail, if you are lucky you can find an e-mail and that will be the only way that you are able to communicate with anyone. Even when you try to contact someone else for information or assistance beacuse no one is getting back to you..... "" I am sure they will get back to you soon"", ""sorry I don't know anything about the property and can not assist you""..........Someone needs to take a good long look at how horrible customer service can ruin a reputation!
