Businiess name:  Olives At Bellagio

Review content:
My husband and I just returned from Las Vegas where we enjoyed another fantastic lunch at one of my favorite restaurants in town, Olives. After reading some of the lackluster reviews posted, I felt compelled to comment. The combination of Olives outstanding cuisine, awesome atmosphere (complete with fountain show) and decor, stellar service, diverse menu, and excellent wine list makes it well worth the premium price. Not to mention, you probably shouldn't be hanging out at the Bellagio if you are on a budget anyway (the Prada store is just across the hall if you need a hint). The tapanade is top notch, the beef carpaccio sublime, and the new Niman Ranch lamb appetizer is simply out of this world truly one of the best dishes I've ever ordered. Anywhere. I highly recommend a visit as it is without doubt among the best in Vegas. Pros: Delicious Food, Friendly Staff, Great Atmosphere
