I had been to this restaurant before but it has gone down hill. I know I would not have gone back if the food had been this awful. The shepherds pie was served up like slop, meat & veg on one side and lumpy mashed potatoes on the other, not your traditional shepherds pie. The fried perch tasted like something from the frozen section of the supermaket. They need to learn what Boxty is... it is not flaky pastry. There was just no flavor to any of the food. We didn't even consider dessert because of the bad entrees. The service was good and the food come out really fast, but overall just a bad experience. For the quality of food you receive it is away over priced.
