Review content:
The rugs are nice and have a wide variety but their policies are no refunds. I was not told of their free take home trial and was told I could return the rug if it did not look right in my living room. It did not go with my decor, and therefore tried to return the rug the next day. Beware they have a no refund policy.... You only get a store credit even if the rug does not lay on your floor but 5 minutes. I would not recommend this store unless you like being lied to....I sure did not.
Cons: They are not truthful and play games
