Blue Sage is the best vegetarian restaurant I have been to in the U.S. It beats Greens and Millennium in SF hands-down. The food was innovative, with fantastic flavor combinations. Delightful sauces, gorgeous presentation! This restaurant celebrates the wonders of veggies. There is nothing trying to be meat. For vegetarian-unfriendly Philadelphia, this is an oasis I plan to frequent.
