Review content:
Prices are a little high, but the portions are fair and the food quality is excellent. \r \r The gyro platter did not disappoint! I was initially taken aback by the $18.95 price, but the portion was very generous and could easily have been shared. The shwarma was delightfully moist and flavorful, as was the rice pilaf. The platter also came with a large portion of hummus and all the accompaniments: tzatiki, cucumber, tomatoes, and an endless supply of fresh pita bread. \r \r Maroosh is small, making it difficult to accomodate large groups. I wouldn't recommend eating there with a party of more than 6 - and do call ahead for reservations.\r \r Overall, my experience at Maroosh was positive. There are other Lebanese restaraunts that are half the price, but Maroosh is more about the ambiance. It's a nice place to enjoy a good meal, sip some mint tea and take in a belly dance show.
