The manager at the Auto Zone in Lakeside, Ca on Woodside has no skill for customer service. I ordered a Headlight assembly for my truck and he ordered the wrong side. I needed the passenger side. I remember telling him this infor mation correctly because i wrote it down on a piece of paper when i called to order. I asked him how that happened and he carelessly said he didnt want to go into it. Then i simply asked him for a discount for the inconvenience of having to come back and forth to autozone. And he simply said no, and completely shut down communication on me. i didnt get to order a new headlight, but then went down the street to oreilly's and ordered one for 43 dollars less!!!!!! dont go to lakeside autozone unless you wanna deal with mr. grumps!!!!!!
