Review content:
I've seen Dr. Gamagami three times, and was satisfied after my first two visits. My last visit, however, left me wondering. I arrived at the offices to find them deserted; the center had moved, and no one had notified me, not when I made my appointment, or when the office called to confirm. I had even double-checked the address, and the old address was the one that appeared online. When I called the office to say I would now be late for my appointment (as I had to drive from the old location to the new one), no one apologized or acknowledged the situation when I explained what happened. Once I arrived, I waited for close to two hours to be seen. Another woman in the waiting room was in tears! Again, the staff seemed pretty indifferent, as though this is the daily state of affairs. Maybe this was just a bad day, but I left strongly considering moving to another provider, and I'm still cautious about making another appointment there. The doctor is fine, but if a visit becomes such a bad experience, isn't that counterproductive when the whole point is to promote health and well-being?
Pros: Good Care
Cons: Bad Management
