Review content:
Let me start by saying I Love HEB! However I just had the worse experience a few seconds ago. This is the HEB off of Aldine Westfield and 1960. First the teller made a comment on the intercom that shouldn't of been made. The only cashier working was Jules. She came on the intercom and stated, "" HEB is closed, Hurry up and get out... Thank you."" There was no warning. Then, I was going to grab something from your endcaps and she proceed to give me attitude. She told me in the rudest voice possbily I wasnt allowed to get anything for security purposes. So, I asked her if I was able to purchase the 2 items I had in my cart or not. She gave me a horrible look. She checked me out and then left the register with my 2 items in the bagging area. Waited for me to load my own cart. The cashiers name was Jules she has been with your company for a while. I am so suprised that HEB would allow her or any employee to talk to any customer like that. Also, does HEB have dress code? It does not look right that you have cashiers wearing fake white eyelashes. We are not even in the month of October. I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
