I have been in this store a few times. I have also been in other Verizon stores. As far as I can tell, everyone in this store has a bad attitude and no fear of job loss. In my opinion this reflects directly on local management. It's not logical for everyone in the building to be awful, but they are. Nasty does not even describe the attitude. Condescending comes close but there is a darker side to it. If you know anything about wireless they will argue with anything you may have to say, even common knowledge information. It just has to be the manager.
