Review content:
My wife and I managed last minute arrangements to dine at La Strada. The service was above and beyond, but not too overdone. The appetizer was coconut shrimp which was very good, served with of coarse bread, crab spread and oil w/ basalmic. We elected to order the lobster bisque soup...very tasty. The wine we ordered was just the house Merlot and was unexpectly very good. Our main course were very large in size and done to perfection. My wife had the poatato dumpling with alfredo sauce and I had the special filet with shrimp with crab stuffing. As I stated the portion sizes were generous. We closed our evening with each a serving of tiera misou and expresso. Truly Italian. The article above said hit or miss..I believe this was a top ten meal. Did you know Frank Sinatra visted this place when he came to town.
Pros: Priced Right, Truly Italian, Great Service
Cons: needs updated
