Review content:
Beckys Carpet has 60 complaints with the B etter Business b ureau. I worked for Beckys and was fired for doing the right thing and giving a customer back the $50 deposit they left because they were smart enough to go to home depot. It is not company policy to refund a good faith deposit even if you choose to buy elsewhere. They dont want you to know that all of the carpet is cheap polyester which is the worst fiber used to make carpet. Most of the hard surface products are factory seconds. They knowingly install defective products and then blame the customer for buying ""cheap"" products. I have worked in flooring for ten years and this is the worst I have ever seen. Home Depot or Lowes is a much better place to buy.
