Review content:
This was my first time to this place and my last. On December 29, 2010, I had a 10 am appointment and had to wait for about 35 minutes before they took me in. Just like someone mentioned on CitySearch, they will charged you $25 for no show. They booked way too many appointments one right after another.
In addition to that they tried to charge me 30% of the total service when I checked out. I told the lady (whose hair is highlighted, not the black hair lady) that I met my deductible. She said they verified my insurance and it said I had to pay 30%. I have Humana; Dermatology Center of Atlanta is in my network. My plan covers 100% as long as I stay in network. I found this place on Humana website. I went there to treat itchy skin on one of my leg; this has nothing to do with cosmetic. I would have to pay 30% of the total service IF they are not in my plan network. However, they are in my network. These people are just greedy!!!
