Review content:
Bad Service. My wife took a 2005 truck to be smog checked there. The ""service engine soon"" light was on and they knew that when they turned the key on. They did the test anyway and failed the truck because of the ""service engine soon"" on. My wife did not know that it would fail because of the ""service engine soon"" but Haven Mobil did. They just wanted to make money off the inspection. We contacted other smog check places, Quick Smog in Montclair, Ron Shelly's in Rancho Cucamonga, and Nissan of Fontana and they all said they would not perform the test if the ""service engine soon"" was on because it would fail. Update 12/10/2011: The owner posted a response to me on Yelp as well as used shills to give himself good ratings which is also evidence of dishonest behavior. The bottom line is that they knew the truck would fail since the ""service engine soon"" light was on and they took advantage of her. Everyone should avoid Haven Mobil.
