Georgia Home Pros. are Georgia's Number 1 home inspection company in my opinion. They were prompt, professional, honest and very thorough . They took photos of the incompetent workmanship this roofing company had provided me. With their many years of experience , I felt 100 % satisfied with Mr Webb's expert suggestions and attention to details . I had hired a 'gypsy' roofing company that put on a new roof that was paid for by my insurance company due to hail damage. The roofing company DID NOT provide the work as contracted .. there is a warrant for their arrest . Ga Home Pros provided me details of what needed to be done to bring the roof up to code.. I was able to work with my insurance company and hired another licensed bonded insured roofer to redo/repair/replace the roof.. Mr Webb came back to check the job and was satisfied and reassured me the roof was done properly .
I recommend GEORGIA HOME PROS 100 %. with no need to consult any other inspection company. You will be glad you did.They care about their clients interest .
