lousy - cold, clinical, not customer friendly. massuese cut massage treatment short by half hour and expected full payment, then argued with me, claiming they had ""clocked"" when I had entered spa. Nothing to make treatment comforting - brusque massuese & facial esthetician; sales pressure while on table to upgade facial, while booking to upgrade facial and to buy more products while checking out. Felt like cross between visit to doctors office & car salesman. would not recommend.
