I've actually worked for a PF Chang's in California up until a few months ago when I moved to Seattle. At Chang's you will receive a good meal, at a fair price/portion, good service, and consistency. Not glorious, but good! You'll also know that the people handling your food washed their hands. PF Chang's acutally PAYS a company to come in and do suprise health inspections monthly (these are HARDER than the state ones)! In response to the previous post. This person obviously DOESN'T know asian flavors as NONE of the dishes at PF Chang's have hoisin sauce in them. Only one dish comes with a SIDE of hoisin sauce and that is the roasted duck. Also, this person was mostly not being reasonable in the restaurant when speaking with a manager because the management WILL not let a upset sane guest leave or they will hear about it!
