Review content:
I went twice in the same day - middle of a week day and then back around the early evening. It gets crowded around 5ish so go early if you can. Some of the staff does seem to hang around chatting with one another, so don't expect them to proactively come over and help, but when I asked for assistance they were willing. One guy stocking the shelves even stopped his work to aid me twice. When I was their mid-day and wanted to look at some guns, I did have to wait a few minutes and was ignored by one or two people there, but a gentleman with a beard and glasses stopped by as soon as he was finished with another customer and took the time to explain the differences between the models and was very friendly and informative. They didn't have what I wanted so I ended up going to the Gun Exchange. I had about the same level of service there. My last stop that day was Cabela's - I would recommend going there first because their selection is massive and their prices were $10 - 20 lower than the either Hoffman's or NGE.
