Zero stars actually!
I went in to get my watch cleaned and my band fixed. I picked it up later and while I was waiting another costumer was complaining of a switched gold chain. As I waited for my watch, I surveyed their ""jewelry"" selection which was old and out of fashion. This coupled with the complaining customer made me even more nervous.
So I get my watch back and it is clean and the band latch worked....and it looked like it was working. When I got home I realized something was loose and rattling inside, then I noticed the second hand was not running. The next day I took it back to have them fix it and they said they had nothing to do with the problem and they never went inside the watch. This may have been true, but I did bring it in working order and now it's not. I am a resident and also employed in Marina del Rey and my new goal is to help people avoid this horrible store and these awful people.
They didn't even consider that they may have been the reason the watch broke. I went to this business because it was close to home and convenient. I will not make this mistake again. With so many great jewelers out there, there is no reason to give your hard earned money to these scammers.
