I tried many attempts at Thai places to get extremely hot Thai food, and always got food that was ""toned down"" because they were sure I couldn't handle it. I finally challenged the Chef here and said there was no way he could make it as hot as I got it in Thailand. Although skeptical, he accepted my challenge. My temperature rose the second the food hit my tongue. By the time I finished, there were tears in my eyes and I was sweating profusely. It was absolutely wonderful.
When I say hot, I want hot, not what someone else thinks I can handle!!!
