Review content:
I stopped using this cleaners several years ago after a very bad experience with the owner of the business. I had brought a ivory linen blazer in to have a coffee stain removed. They bleached the stain so instead of a coffee spot I now had a bright white spot on an ivory blazer. I complained to the owner, who became abusive when I asked to be reimbursed. Then when I said I was going to tell my coworkers at *major Spokane employer* about my experience, he had the audacity to say that he was going to have me fired for invoking my employer's name & that he'd had somebody fired from the State of Washington for the very same thing. This guy is a bully - stay away from this business!
