I don't know why we keep going back to this theatre (only cause its close), it just gets worse every time. Today we bought tikts for show in theatre #5, which was not only tiny (less 6 than a hundred seats) but was leaking in the middle of the theatre. Mgmt dealt with the problem by roping off the area & seats on which the water was dripping. Mgr was happy to give us a refund or oppty to see another movie there, but when we asked about Meet the Robinsons in 3-D, he had the nerve to tell us we had to pay $2 for each pair (which they was their normal charge)! Talk about awful, we don't care about the customer service! Never again.
Pros: movie selection
