Review content:
I was wrong. My wife told me to look into personal training, but I refused. I knew I had a problem, but was going handle it myself. After months of seeing me start and stop, she took it into her own hands and called - had a trainer come to the house without telling me. I felt trapped, and was furious. She left me there with him, and I stormed into the kitchen. Trainer George was calm, gave me a moment, then said ""Your wife must really care about your health. How about we just try a little bit. We'll do some boxing drills. It will be fun."" In eight weeks, I am down 12 pounds, but LOOK like I've lost 25. And now I actually walk upstairs without dying by the top of the stairs like I used to. We celebrate each baby step and small victory. Thank you Melanie. I know without this, that I'd still be miserable.
