i love to eat, no surprise my dr told me at 39 i had to lose weight or else. most of the trainers i called were high pressure, trying to get me to sign a contract. the lady on the phone didn't sell me at all, just took down my info and had a trainer call. they said if i didn't like it, it would be free. three months latr, i am back in my 36 jeans, and well on my way back to my goal of 34.
