Review content:
I took my Mini in for its first repair and everyone in the office was very friendly. They all turned around from their computers to say hi! They weren't sure how long it would take to repair the problem because they hadn't looked at it yet so they gave me a free loaner. I no sooner got the loaner home when they told me the car was all set. I was expecting a huge bill, but it was only an hour and a half labor.
