Like any restaraunt NOT serving food out of plastic pouches, there is a little inconsistency from one visit to the next. Also, if you have a set idea of what you favorite ""Chinese"" dish should be, GT might do that dish differently. But the QUALITY of the food I've had time and again has been exceptional. GT's Chicken Cashew is VERY mild and I don't like that dish there. But Beef with Green Beans and Onions, Moo Shi Pork, and numerous other dishes at GT far surpass the usual Chinese fare I've had, in Chinatown or not.
