These people are a big rip off. I had a problem with my oil water heater, they charged me $200/- just to visit the place and diagnose the problem. According to the technician furnace and hot water heater need a tune up and it will cost $1,700/-. Technician came back after two days spend half an hour grabbed another $1,000 /- with a promise that he will come back tomorrow but never showed up. After calling a few times, telephone operator called me back with the news that your hot water heater is blown off and you need another heater and it will cost you another $1,700/-
They did nothing in reality I ask them to refund my $1,200/- because they did nothing and they refused to refund the money. I spend $1,200/- just for nothing and my problem is still there. I called the customer service they hanged on me twice. They were never on time, even one of the technicians showed up drunk.
