That's the slogan, and is it ever true. The front desk clerk was as polite as can be, the building had it's weak points, but I was assured they were undergoing a remodel. I've stayed there several times before, and several times since, and the property continues to improve. While nothing is perfect yet, the constant upgrades are constant. I needed a roll away bed and the front desk clerk quickly brought one to me with a smile. They do allow pets now, it is a charge depending on the size of the pet. It was $10 for my lab. The breakfast was large, hot, and very well presented. I couldn't ask for a better deal for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through the area.
