This guy came, did and strived to be the best. Had great products, great food, and great waiters. Unfortunately ... to survive you must go with the market to stay alive. Going ala carte was the worst thing you did. Sorry things went the way they did. Hope you have a rebirth in another location. P.S. next time... have more respect for your wife, your in-laws,and your employees and your success will be limitless! You can be a good guy , just be yourself. See you soon.
Pros: Great food and service
Cons: Too expensive for the times and should reconsider things to stay open.
