I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years. Not much turnover in the apartments because you can'y replace what we have without doubling the cost of living. But the board and some of the people living here eed a swift kick in the butt. There is an active group of people including lawyers and professionals who have decided to make a change. Come and look at he place and go to our Facebook page Penthouse condo ownerspage. You can find out a lot and be part of the upswing. This could be a great investment for a home and your life!
