I set up my company picnic with All About Fun with the hope that it would be an easy ""turn-key"" event. I paid a large sum of money for them to deliver four events to our picnic and man each of them for four hours. First off, it appears that when you pay All About Fun hundreds of dollars to staff an event, you are really paying for their staff to hang out with each other and ignore the events they are supposed to be manning. One of the events, the Gladiator Joust, had a faulty pedestal, making it unusable. All About Fun admits that the pedestal was faulty, but they will not refund my money. The kids bounce house was manned maybe a maximum of 30% of the time, leaving kids to run amok in it with no supervision. And the site coordinator left the site to go run pick-up errands instead of making sure that his staff were doing their jobs.
When I talked to Jason, the owner, after the event, he was very argumentative and said that we should have been on the phone with him DURING THE EVENT so he could fix the problems, and all he will give me now is a small credit to our next event with them, which will NEVER happen. I highly advise you to avoid this company.
Pros: They have inflatables
Cons: Their staff are horrible!
