Review content:
This is my 3rd attempt to post a review of Dr. William Smith located at 1890 North Germantown Pkway, Cordova, Tn. He has even removed the website that i tried to post a previous review. I have never posted a BAD review for any reason until my experience with Dr.??? Smith. If this is posted then i will take the time to explain in detail the matter of events that took place 2 months ago when i had an emergency at his office and the charges.
