I am an ex-collegiate athlete trying to hang onto my glory days as I ride into my 40s. I have been suffering from chronic lower back episodes related to several fracures over the years, as well as random muscle pulls. Alexis' combination of massage and stretching has made a huge improvment in my pain and mobility.
