On about 2/13/2011 you started work after I accepted your bid for $1,975 to cover permit, parts and labor for the installation of washer, dryer and bathtub I bought from Menards.
In the last 90 days you jack hammered my floor installed some pipe and failed 2 out of 3 inspections. After you failed the second final inspection you told me I could just let the permit run out, I replied no I want the work done to pluming code.
You haven?t returned my phone calls for weeks. Please complete your bid or refund the $1,975 so I can hire a new plumber.
