Review content:
I brought my truck in for lower ball joints and a wheel alignment. When I picked it up, I could see that the front left side was 1/2"" lower than the front right. Also, the front was 3/4"" lower than the rear. The torsion bars were not adjusted correctly after the work was done. When I told them, they said, ""bring it in, we will take care of it."" This time, the got the front right and left level, but the front was still 3/4"" lower than the rear. Out of frustration, I decided to adjust the torsion bars myself. I then said that I wanted the alignment redone, since the ride height had been changed. They took care of this too. But after bringing my truck in 5 days in a row, they never offered an apology for all of the hassle, or for me having to go back and fix the work that I paid them for. Poor attention to detail, and poor customer service on a simple, routine repair.
Pros: After 5 tries, they got it right
Cons: It took 5 tries, and I had to do some of the work myself.
