WOW! is all I got to say. This place really now's how to run a honest and fair business and treat there customers. I took my Mercedes and wifes Toyota in there and have had nothing but good experiences. I met and talked with the owner (Vern), manager (Chance) and service writer (Matt) and it was the best customer service I have ever received at a car shop. They kept me up to date on all my repairs and were honest enough to tell me things that could wait to replace rather than just getting every dime out of me. They explained things in terms I could understand and my cars have always returned perfect. They even drove me home and picked me up. I have finally found a good/honest mechanic shop and I'll will be back. I'll refer all my friends and family. THANKS KEN CARYL IMPORTS!!!
