I was refered to Ken Caryl imports by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience. I use to take my cars to dealerships for repairs, but they are overpriced and I felt taken advantage of especially being a woman. The dealership gave me a list of things I needed fixed that totaled close to $2800. I took that list to Ken Caryl Imports and they told me most of those things wern't needed. Chanc and the mechanic who worked on my car explained things in terms I could understand. I only needed about $450 in repais and my car has been great. The customer service there was outstanding, I will take my car there from now on.
