My first experience last year was when I took my van in because the belts were squeaking. They told me all my belts needed to be changed, so I paid around $300 for this to be done. Next day, belts still squeaked, so I had to take it back in to be adjusted. Now that I've had another bad experience with them, it makes me wonder if they needed to be replaced to begin with, since I never look at the old ""bad"" belts. This last experience was horrible and life threatening. My axle had a leak, which was dripping on my exhaust pipe. Took in for repair before a road trip to the western slope. On Wednesday, they ""fixed"" it. That evening the drip was worse, so on Thursday, I took it back in. After they had it for another 6 hours, they delivered it to my house, stating it has been fixed properly this time. I made the mistake of believing them. The next day we started our trip to the western slope, which he knew we were taking. Three hours into the drive, we stop to use the restroom, and we now have smoke coming out from under our van! Past the point of no return, and in the middle of nowhere, we decided to keep heading west and try to make it to the Toyota dealer in Grand Junction. When we finally arrived, the van smoked so much, they thought it was going to catch on fire. We were told that chances are it did, and thankfully we were driving fast enough to extinguish the flames. Bottom line - gear oil dripping out of our axle itself, and had nothing to do with the gaskets they replaced. They did return our money, after we insisted, but their ""fix"" could have cost us our lives! Value yours, and DO NOT go to them. Cons: Customer Service and Quality
