I should have known better than to rent a house managed by Carla Decker and Scott Decker of Financial Crossroads. Made an appointment to see the house and it was rescheduled 3 times AFTER I sat in front of the house for more than 10 minutes each time waiting on them to arrive.
The house was dirty, but they assured me that it would be clean on move in day. This was a lie. The house had not been touched when we arrived with our belongings ready to move in. They could not be reached (as in they wouldn't answer the phone), so I had to pay to have the home cleaned and carpets cleaned after I moved in. They would not reimburse me for these expenses.
After living here for a few months, the doors weren't shutting the same and cracks started appearing in walls. I reported this and it took them 3 MONTHS to send someone over to investigate the problem.
