Jim Slater conducts his business the old fashioned way. He & his staff take the time needed to take care of your teeth & discuss with you your concerns. Punctual in the office & his office staff gives a timely response to billing & insurance concerns. Everyone on his staff is on their toes - both in the front office and back in the dental area. Appears to be a well-managed practice. Enjoyable personality - high-energy guy & Charismatic. Technically, he seems to be very good at his job. Good at managing (preventing) pain. My former boss referred me here & I am so glad she did.
